Warsaw-Modlin International Airport is located 49 kilometers north of the center of Warsaw in the town of Nowy Dwur Mazowiecki in the Modlin district, from which it takes its name. The airport is intended for use by low-cost airlines such as Ryanair, for which the airport is one of the base.
The airport infrastructure includes three passenger terminals with a high level of protection, as well as a weather station equipped with new precision equipment. On the territory of the airport there are restaurants, cafes, a large cozy waiting room, exchange offices and ATMs, a first-aid post and parking. In 2011, a 5 km railway was laid here, along which you can reach the center of Warsaw in just 30 minutes.
