There are three airports around Berlin: Berlin-Tegel, Berlin-Schönefeld, and the new Berlin-Brandenburg airport.
Following the opening of the new Berlin-Brandenburg Airport, Berlin-Tegel Airport was closed and all its flights were transferred to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport.

Willy Brandt International Airport Berlin-Brandenburg is the largest airport in Germany. There are three terminals at Berlin-Brandenburg Airport: T1, T2 and T5. Terminals T1 and T2 are located next to each other, and terminal T5 is located on the opposite side of the airport complex, approximately 2.5 km in a straight line from terminal 1/2. All airport terminals can be reached quickly and easily by public transport. .
